Credits are what you use to generate or edit images with AI. Photo edits start at 1 credit. The credit cost is shown before you generate.

• Subscription: Choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly credits refresh each month. Annual plans give you the full year's credits at the start of the billing year. Unused subscription credits don't roll over when your next billing period begins.
• Credit Packs: Buy credit packs anytime. These credits never expire.

If you have both, subscription credits are used first.

Yes, cancel anytime. Go to My Account → Plan & Credits → Manage Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period.

Want to switch plans? Contact us for help. If you cancel, you can choose a new subscription after your current billing period ends.

Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. To qualify, you need to have created fewer than 5 images and not requested a refund before.

Credit Packs: Credit purchases are final. That's why we give you free credits to try before you buy.

Yes. Everything you upload or create with PicTools.AI is private by default.

• Your images are never shared, published, or used to train AI models.
• You can delete generated images from your history. Original uploads are managed separately in My Images.

Yes. You can use images you create with PicTools.AI for personal or commercial projects. Marketing, websites, social media, you name it. No attribution required.
