Subscriptions — 7 Day Money Back Guarantee

You can get a full refund if:

  1. It's your first subscription with PicTools.AI
  2. You signed up within the last 7 days
  3. You've created fewer than 5 images
  4. You haven't requested a refund from us before

Just email us at contact@pictools.ai with your account email and let us know what went wrong. We'll get back to you within 5 business days.

Pay As You Go Credits

Credit purchases are final.

Every new user gets 2 free credits to try PicTools.AI before buying. If something goes wrong on our end and your credits don't work, reach out and we'll fix it.

Cancellations

Cancel anytime from My Account. You'll keep access until your billing period ends. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time.
